MEET GREG CARTER
Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in my early 20’s was an obvious decision for me, as I had a real passion for healthy eating, serious physical training, playing competitive sports, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with people.
I worked through college as a C.P.T. in gyms and health clubs. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, I found I could provide greater value and flexibility to my clients as an independent Nutritionist and Fitness Coach.
After 12 years of success, I decided to try something completely new and accepted a role in the corporate world, but I always continued helping people with their health and fitness goals.
In 2023, after 15 years of achieving many successes with my teams, I realized I didn’t feel fulfilled, so I decided to rededicate myself to my real passion- helping others achieve their health, fitness and life goals.
My mission is simple: to encourage, inspire, educate and support clients to achieve the best version of themselves, in a progressive, enjoyable, safe and effective manner.
I specialize in athletic performance, transformation training, and strength and conditioning, with a focus on engaging the body, mind, and spirit for maximum sustainable results.
